Above average costume construction, perhaps 3.5 stars to be a little bit more precise. It is not fine clothing, but not cheap crap either.

Ordered this last month, then there were delays, then lost in the mail, damn, ordered another different shirt for my pirate costume, sweating butters praying the shirt comes before Halloween party for this year! Extremely inconvenient, disappointing.

After a wash, the chest ruffles come into bloom (amazing, didn't expect this). This is a plus to have this part built in. prior to this, the chest ruffles had to be tied around the neck and was costly. The cuff ruffles protrude a pirates coat perfectly. Sleeves not excessively "ploomy".

this guy will CHARGE you MORE to return your ill fitting costume than you PAID for it! WHAT A TOTAL SCAMMER! Disgusting! It may not be suitable for individuals who prefer lighter clothing!

Love this shirt. Was looking to go for a "fancier" pirate for my renaissance faire costume and this shirt makes it work easily. Can also be loosened at the chest if you want to go for a laid back look.

Very nice quality for a holloween costume and fit like a custom shirt. I ordered a small and I'm slim. I expect this shirt will be able to be worn over and over. Very happy with this purchase.

Looks great! I used it with a pirate costume and it felt comfortable, solid, and accurate. My only warning. trying to eat with ruffled sleeves is TOUGH! I will definitely have to get it drycleaned.

Great shirt for the price! Definitely better quality than I was expecting! I ordered this for my brother for Pirates weekend at the Renaissance Festival and the XL and it's a little bigger than most XL shirts. But it's great quality and looks great!

I bought this for my boyfriend for his pirate costume. It is of really good quality material! I was impressed. We got the Small/Medium because I was afraid the Large would be too wide and I'm glad I did. He is 5'9" and usually wears a medium for a slimmer fit or a large if he wants it loose. It does have a lot of wrinkles so I will be taking it to the dry cleaner for that (I don't want to ruin it).

After one washing, and yes, I followed the washing instructions, the threads started coming undone. This shirt is very poorly made. Don't get it.

it is very frilly, gotta man up my costume a bit more if im going to rock this, but it's all good.Excellent quality for sure, you can tell. This will last years as a pirate. will never have to buy anotherpirate shirt again.

Was more true to size! Would buy again but would go a size down. That being my correct size. If it was off, wanted to big, not to small.

The shirt fit as expected, of course I read the reviews and went up one size from what I normally wear and it worked out well. The shirt was very comfortable and I would recommend it if you are looking for this type of shirt. It also arrived on time which made me happy.

the only thing i didn't care for so much was the placket inside at the bottom of the neckline. other than that, the shirt fits good, feels good, looks good!

Perfect for the prince look I am going for. It is a great fabric and fits as it should. I would have ordered a little smaller but it will be under a jacket.
