Nice yoga mat. Although it's not very thick it does feel comfortable to stand on. I also purchased a knee pad separately for the pain in my wrists when I do certain poses. I didn't want a yoga mat that was too thick because it would interfere with my balance with standing poses, so this one seems like a great option. The strap works very well and is able to loosen and tighten easily. There was no smell or residue when I unrolled the yoga mat. Love the color and the feet/hand placement cues on the mat. I would definitely recommend this product. I haven't used it enough to comment on durability, but the material seems to be higher quality than past mats I have used.
