These pencils are AWESOME! After watching many video reviews I tried Goldfaber pencils and then Albrecht Dürer watercolor pencils. Goldfaber, while very good, were sent back because they are just WOW! Now I probably should have just gone with the cheaper Goldfaber because that's what I'm into the most and I'm not a professional artist, but hey. Art is so much more fun with excellent art supplies. And let me tell you, these kids are worth every penny! They are so creamy and only require a touch of water to activate. They blend invisibly without leaving pencil marks. And colors! You are so bright! I think I'm in love! These are definitely my favorite watercolor pencils. Another bonus is that they can be purchased in the public domain at some art supply stores. So if the set you choose doesn't have the color you want, it doesn't matter. You can add one or more to your set at a time. If you hesitate, take the plunge. You will not be disappointed!
