My right thumb hurts a lot after crocheting. So I got this brace to relieve the pain. I have small hands and my wrist circumference is 6 inches so I ordered some sizing information listed on this product. However, the sizing seems to be wrong. My thumb went really numb in less than 10 minutes. I had to take off the orthosis. I think medium would be a better choice. If you intend to wear the orthosis longer, you are probably trying to order one size larger. Also, returns/exchanges can be confusing. This is sold by a third party but is eligible for Revain Prime delivery. However, when I tried to "return/exchange" the braces for a larger size, it said "This item is non-refundable". I ended up having to contact a CS rep via live chat to help with a refund. Overall, this product really does help with pain relief. However, I would recommend ordering a size larger than the product's sizing info.
