Update: I've decided to return this product for a refund. I did a lot of research before buying this product and I kept reading, don't waste your money on cheap monitor arms. I should have heeded that advice. Without the center monitor, my side monitors wouldn't be upright. The screw tightened for tilting is not tight enough to prevent the monitors from tilting all the way down. Also, these particular mounts don't adjust very much in height, so my monitors, while similar in size, are misaligned. ------------ I love that this monitor mount has a curved arm and the arm is adjustable on the stem. The bar could be a little higher, but for me it's actually almost perfect. Each monitor arm only needs minor adjustments, so one of my monitors is slightly lower than the others. The staples are the biggest problem with this product. My left bracket, even with risers, leaves a small gap between the bracket and the back of the monitor. Screws are 4 threads longer. I suspect a defect in the monitor. The center monitor mounting bracket doesn't slide all the way down, so I can't reattach the security screw. I believe this is either a defect in the side mount of the monitor or in the side mount of the mount. Both side mounts use screws to reduce tilt, but they don't tighten enough to be useful. I have a sit-stand desk, so none of the monitors support proper tilt and I have to constantly adjust them. Someone with a stationary desk will likely have better luck. If the manufacturer sends me new mounts, I'll try them out and update my review accordingly. At this point I'm debating whether to return it. I like having hands, but I'd rather the braces worked better.
