4 LEDs keep on blinking and falling off, not in the right light.

Had to adjust my sun visor to fit the bracket. Goed through everything and hid the wires. Looked perfect until I turned it on. One of the takes is always lit in blinking patterns and two amber lights are lit during the blinking patterns. The most frustrating thing is that in takedown only mode I have 2 clean takedowns and two random ambers are also constantly lit! Otherwise a good product. I probably received the lemon and will contact the seller.
