Easy and simple platform, great experience with Customer Support

I like how easy it was for me as an employee of this business to use their service! The customer support team has been very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have had during my time using them (which wasn't many). They are also flexible if you need more than just one hour each week from your personal account manager/virtual PA - they can provide additional hours when needed at no extra cost. There aren’t really anything bad things about working through pushit so far but there isn’t much good either yet haha!! Just be sure before signing up what all services will work best within your schedule because some don’t sync well together which makes scheduling difficult sometimes. We were able to get our payroll processing done quickly without having employees spend valuable office resources doing paperwork themselves instead. This allowed us to focus back onto running our day-to-day operations successfully again after.
