VOX mode not working

After a lot of research I decided to buy this baby monitor for VOX mode and the problem is that my baby is sleeping with white noise and the noise sensor is very sensitive sound and picture are always on. Very disappointed because I can't sleep. I had one from another brand that only turned on when my baby cried.
