I really give this seller 2 stars, the goods are actually not that bad considering the amount it costs. Also they have a lot of parts in the box which was also a plus but the case when it comes in looks ten times bigger in the picture they advertise. I mean it was supposed to look like a 12x12 case and I figured it must be a big box otherwise how would they put 23 pieces in it but it is actually very small and also one box was damaged and also when I opened the box Some of the items were quite dirty with a tuft of hair. I was very disappointed with this item. At least you could inspect the items before they were shipped to see what was wrong with their items, i.e. before they were shipped to the buyer. The item came fairly quickly but overall I am very upset that I received the item this way. I really didn't care about the tear because it could have been damaged on the way to me, but the dryness of some items isn't cool so I hope you check each item before you ship it next time.
