This is my first experience with this type of Pi case. It was pretty easy to put together except the schematics and instructions were a bit confusing when assembling the fan. One thing is that some parts require a bit of effort and jiggle to get them into place. However, I finally figured it out myself. It's pretty easy. In addition, this kit includes a larger and more powerful fan than you've typically seen in previous Pi models like the 3 B+. My only concern is the wide open bay on the side of the power/display ports. I live in a basement apartment, I'll probably have to use the grille that is used in the barred windows to cover any openings to ensure the real bugs don't crawl in. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the case and the set. Especially for the price. I think that's a very good deal.
