Great product, doesn't sting, doesn't have a strong smell but still has a very mild smell. Obviously most people who complain only do it for the bitch. I was skeptical about efficacy and chemical burns, but that's not a problem for those who aren't allergic (read --> ALL <-- instructions and do a test patch). All the people who say "don't buy I'm burned out" or "leave it for 4 minutes doesn't work" are idiots who either didn't read the instructions (you can leave them for up to 10 minutes) or an allergic reaction to the product and probably did not make a test patch as directed in the instructions. I have dark thick hair and this works just as advertised. Just follow the instructions and everything will be fine. Also for those with allergic reactions, don't vote because YOU are not compatible with a product that works and even warns you might have it and tells you how to test it. It's up to you.
