I've only had them a few days so can't say much about their durability but so far I'm very impressed. First good impressions were the included lifetime warranty cards telling me they either have crappy customer service that will never honor them or they are very confident in their products. I can't say without calling customer support, but given the good experience I've had so far, I'd rather hope for the best option if something goes really wrong. So I've been playing for a few days for a long time. I wanted to make good use of it before leaving this review. You never know it's not the real thing. They work very well with no issues and I love the color scheme. I was a little nervous going off the brand with something cheap. I did it with PS3 controllers and it worked fine. Their battery life wasn't quite as long as Sony's, but when I could pay less than $10 for them I could easily buy a couple for less than the cost of 1 and just swap them out while they're charging. However, I've played with them for about 5 hours today and still shows a high battery level. And since there are 2 in the box it's very easy to charge one up and switch it off if you don't want the cable to get in the way while gaming, but the battery life is also very good. I don't feel like it's really different from the Sony controller which means the price is worth it. I have no problems with buttons or joysticks. They even came with rainbow joystick covers that you can use or not. So 2 controllers cost less than the price of a comparable official Sony controller, they are worth it. I read many reviews before deciding to take a chance and I think it paid off. If things go wrong too soon I'll edit here to include customer service results and warranty usage but for now I highly recommend them.
