Review on Hassle-free Security: Introducing Hi-Lift HM-LK Hood Mount Locking Knob by Tim Thomason

I purchased this additional stand alone product which was introduced when I bought the jack installation kit I bought for my husband's Jeep for Christmas 2019. Since we put our jeep into storage until April, he didn't install his jack kit until then, and then when he replaced one of the one pot parts with this lockable hi-lift part. That does not work! It won't block. Since the time of purchase in November/December has already passed. When he called to replace this broken part that was supposed to hold the jack in place they said we needed a receipt and I couldn't find it even though I bought it at the same time and used the same charge on Hi-Kift Jack mounting kit (works well); They won't take that $19.95 pen back without a receipt and they'll exchange it and send us the one that worked. Very disappointed. $20 items to block expensive jack and they were unable to make product replacements. Bought an elevator. That alone should be a good reason to work with me. I won't be buying anything from them online again.
