I am a woman 7.5/8 regular size. I bought women's size 8. The shoes are a little wider and a little longer than expected. Still, they're perfect if you want to use a midsole or wear thick socks. Also, my toe doesn't touch the front of my boot when going downhill. The soles of my feet are very sensitive and the stones on the trail made my feet hurt. I don't like the way hiking boots feel on my ankles and most hiking boots are heavy. The INOV-8 Roclite 275 is lightweight and works great on rocky trails. I will buy this brand again!
