This is my favorite lotion for hands and other very dry areas. I started using this product when I developed eczema under my wedding rings that wouldn't go away with my doctor's conventional creams. Now that I have a baby I use this product every night after bathing under her diaper. She only had two diaper rashes. I don't know if it's their great immune system, or the diaper brand, or if this product prevents diaper rash. I wish it smelled better like lavender, baby powder or even a clean shower gel scent.
