Review on RCA 7'' Voyager III Android Tablet - Dual Cameras, Google Play, 16GB, Black by Henry Brown

I bought 2 of these tablets, both came defective, the frame around one tablet was loose and the other tablet wouldn't turn on. I sent both tablets back the same day I received them. I put them back in the same box they came in using the return label provided by Revain. Little did I know that even though I bought them together each item had to be returned separately so I only got a refund for one tablet and the other tablet is now missing. I contacted support twice and both times. One customer rep told me to wait until he received the package to request it and he would send a refund and another told me to wait two weeks for him to find out where the tablet was , "they were both in the same box". The tablets are made out of very cheap material and are really not worth buying.
