This knife is sharp, which my wife and I like. Very useful for cutting meat. It feels sturdy and has enough mass in your hand to cut and grind foods. However, the size is a little shorter than I expected, which isn't a big deal since our hands aren't big. There is one more thing to know. My wife always presses the cleaver with one hand to cut through the bone. She cut herself a few times because the cleaver point is sharp too. You need to add something to close it when you click above. Otherwise, I recommend these scissors.
