I have been buying the GFS (Food Service Company) brand for years, have always bought the large ones which were too big and sometimes bothered as they tended to slip Dough for Kneading bread or meatloaf, but didn't want anything so firm that there wasn't a breather. Since I was too lazy to go to GFS and could get them the next day, I decided to give them a try. These gloves fit much better (again ordered larger ones) than the other tried and true ones and I put them to very rigorous testing in just a few days. I put them on to clean really tight spots in the freezer and even use my fingernails (which aren't short) from the inside of my gloves to clean the crevices. I knead bread and meatloaf with no slip. I put them in and out of hot water, washed and dried my hands with them, and carried them to do quick computer searches and even control my iPhone with ease. I've taken them off and on many times over the course of everything I've done in a day because I don't like being extravagant. I could save and reuse them, but I'm not that wasteful and throw them away at the end of the day. They're priced comparable to those I've been using for years with no problems, I didn't have to leave my house to get them and I think they're excellent value for money. I've noticed other reviews saying they are flimsy and break easily. All I can say is that they may have gotten the box from a very bad batch or something as it wasn't my experience at all and I really got it wrong as expected from a normal disposable pair of gloves. The brand I got was FMP Synthetic Vinyl Disposable, Latex, Powder and Protein Free Disposable Gloves. If you order this you can be sure that you will receive a good product. As a lifelong food worker, I disagree when it comes to disposable gloves and they don't disappoint.
