This product is suitable for VIEWSONIC PJD7820HD. Remember this is just a lightbulb so you will need to disassemble the case that surrounds the lightbulb. You will need a small screwdriver and be careful. I recommend cleaning the area around the light bulb and the inside of the projector. Use an air chamber to remove dust. Don't forget to dust inside -> outside to remove dust from the machine. Do not use a dust container to blow dust inside the projector. Rating 4 because the packaging was terrible. The box was half torn and I was afraid that the lightbulb might not work. But the lightbulb works perfectly. Of course I don't know if I'll get a 2000 hour usage rate, but so far so good. A big improvement as my old lamp was basically finished. I have over 4500 hours of use so I was very satisfied. Buy this bulb if you are not afraid to disassemble the case.
