I bought it on January 28th and used about 4 times and it broke in 3 places now it's unusable. That's a great idea, just not executed properly. **I received a letter and a replacement for my broken whisk brush and am very grateful to them for helping me. The replacement is strong, I've used it several times and it hasn't broken and it works great. I must have received a defective one the first time and the company provided great customer service - thanks! I now give this product 5 stars.
