I bought it on January 28th and used about 4 times and it broke in 3 places now it's unusable. That's a great idea, just not executed properly. **I received a letter and a replacement for my broken whisk brush and am very grateful to them for helping me. The replacement is strong, I've used it several times and it hasn't broken and it works great. I must have received a defective one the first time and the company provided great customer service - thanks! I now give this product 5 stars.

This Whisk Whisk Pro is a great idea but it doesn't work as shown in the video. First I had to fiddle with it to align all the individual wires. And since my mixer isn't new anymore, the wires aren't perfectly aligned anymore. Then, after I managed to get the whisk wiper to the floor, I couldn't let it slide off. This is MUCH harder than I expected and distorts the shape of the whisk. However, what proves really useless to me is that its size when it's on doesn't let you put anything in the bowl without stopping the blender. I bought this because I make a lot of meringue and I thought it would be great if I could remove all of the meringue from the whisk.
