This Whisk Whisk Pro is a great idea but it doesn't work as shown in the video. First I had to fiddle with it to align all the individual wires. And since my mixer isn't new anymore, the wires aren't perfectly aligned anymore. Then, after I managed to get the whisk wiper to the floor, I couldn't let it slide off. I thought of using some butter but then couldn't use it to whip the egg whites. Sorry to say I'm sending it back. Someone put a lot of work into the design, but we need to get back to the drawing board.
