For years I hated lugging those heavy bottles of liquid detergent home (knowing the environmental impact of plastic). I recycle paper and cardboard, plastic, glass, steel cans, etc., but deep down I knew that no matter how many times I rinsed out the detergent bottles, they probably wouldn't be returned to the system. And I was right! I can sleep easy now knowing that this product is biodegradable (dissolves in water), will not harm my septic tank or family, and cleans phenomenally! I have always had a musty (well water) smell in my washing machine but not with this product. No slippery countertops, no washing bottles and no leftover food on/around the machine. Even my old towels are lighter and NO musty smell! I will order again and I am VERY satisfied.
