This is a cut above the crappy mouthpiece they sold for $1 20 years ago. As previously mentioned, the plastic can become rough during installation. That's the least of my problems. He won't stay inside until I bite him. Can't breathe when I do this. It's basically useless in boxing. The gel doesn't have enough surface area to stick to your teeth and the other plastic is too hard and doesn't fit your mouth well. Very natural. I figured leaving it in the car would be a good help, but I'm hesitant to rely on it at all in this case.
