I like that it's pretty easy to use. No complicated, overly technical stuff. main functions. We use ours every day. It was actually a quick replacement for reheating pizza, chips and chicken nuggets etc after our oven broke. The toast function works very well and I actually bake pizza in it instead of in the oven because it heats up more evenly and the pizza gets nice and crispy. It's quite small, but we mainly use it for simple things like toast and other breads. Sometimes I use it to bake cookies when I don't feel like preheating the oven. The size is suitable for our needs. I lined the included baking sheet with aluminum foil. Please note this is not a non-stick film. I would invest in a few extra pans, small 9 inch or smaller pans and trays. You can find them everywhere. I haven't had any major problems so far. It works well and is easy to use. Good quality product at a reasonable price.
