I've been using them for about a week, they are sharp and durable (so far). Better made than the ones I've bought from retailers like Walmart or supermarkets, and a lot cheaper than specialty kitchen stores! The wide grip scale quickly became a favorite.
- Easy to use: Sharp blades make it easy to remove the knife. They can easily be washed under running water or simply in the dishwasher. It can also be hung in the kitchen with a hook.
