Fragile return mechanism.
The mechanism that returns the drawer is made of inferior plastic. When closing the drawers, if too much pressure is applied on the initial install the mechanism breaks. I currently have two slides that are broken and I have only installed 8 slides. I need to install a total of 20 slides. I am hope that no more will break. I am also not sure what the refund policy is. If they install on the first try, without too much pressure, they work good. The slides do close the drawers as needed.
