I am buying these for my sister and she loves this mouthguard. She uses it at night and sometimes during the day. It is convenient and easy to use. The only caveat I would like to make is that this guard is NOT for those who grind hard at night or during the day. For serious grinding, I recommend a night protection lab like J&S Dental Lab, where you can get several different types of mouthguards (depending on your level of grinding) for a much lower price than your dentist (cost me $400 two years ago). Revain has multiple vendors, and they're around $130 without add-ons. Don't be intimidated by the fact that you have to create your own shape, it's very simple and the worst that can happen is that you have to repeat it. I go this route because of the price factor and the quality remains the same as if my dentist did it. I know I digress, but there are degrees of grinding and the right night protection can make all the difference. I find that a lower guard is more comfortable for me. I started with the top night watch and never liked it 100%, so I switched to the lower watch.
