Review on MFJ 844 Compact Line Meter 200W by Joshua Sharma

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High quality SWR meter.

A bit difficult, but worth it. I like its portability. MFJ is a trusted brand and does not disappoint. It's an essential piece of ham lover's cabin gear and small enough to tuck into a camp bag. Worth every penny.

Pros
 •
Withstands 200W of power and measures SWR and power in three power ranges: 15W, 60W and 200W. Multi-colored meter in white, orange and black makes reading easier. The meter is very large and clearly visible. Covers 144 and 440MHz. Insertion loss is 0.3 dB or less at 50 ohm impedance. Has SO-239 connectors. The compact size allows you to place it almost anywhere in the workplace. 3.75W x 3H x 1.25D inches. Ideal for HT or mobile drilling rigs. Made of die-cast metal with high-quality connections. This will give you years of use.
