Clumpy and useless
I love Too Faced products and will continue to buy them. However, I was very disappointed with the waterproof mascara I bought. It's very lumpy and I can't even use it. Perhaps I should have bought through Revain and gone straight to their website but it is a brand name so I assumed I was getting a quality product and was sadly disappointed.
