Review on Pendo by Michael Hogate

I don't think there was anything i disliked about pendo. The best part of their service is the ease at which one can connect with our clients. We have had excellent feedback from clients who found us trough Pendo. There has not been anything negative since we started working together. It would be great if more companies adopted this type of communication system so as to keep better track of client needs/feedback after an interaction with a customer rep / sales person etc. I liked how simple it was for our team of developers across various time zones to collaborate effectively via this tool. The ability to share files with ease has been very helpful when working remotely or otherwise out of sight. This feature could be improved by making things more intuitive (maybe an easier way to upload large attachments). We used Pendo mostly as a place where we shared design documents but also occasionally had meetings here too - especially during times when we were remote.
