A Great Product For Remote Teams & Collaboration

I don't think there was anything i disliked about pendo. The best part of their service is the ease at which one can connect with our clients. We have had excellent feedback from clients who found us trough Pendo. There has not been anything negative since we started working together. It would be great if more companies adopted this type of communication system so as to keep better track of client needs/feedback after an interaction with a customer rep / sales person etc. I liked how simple it…

Easy to use IDE - Highly recommended

The best thing about pendo was its live chat feature for customer support team as well as their video tutorials were very helpful when I got stuck during my training process with it's application development toolkit called 'PENDO'. Sometimes there might be some issues while working or executing certain tasks but after few minutes of research i found solution myself so no problems at all! Excellent Customer experience platform as well

As a PM myself I used Pendo for the first time to understand customer sentiment and feedback.The UI was excellent & easy to comprehend.Very responsive team and helpful to explain things when needed.Best customer/product research I have seen to this date. Nothing much to dislike at this point because this tool is intuitive and easy to use. Excellent Analytics Platform that is Easy-to Use, Intuitive & Informative

I really enjoy being able to customize my dashboard! It's very easy for me as an individual user with no IT background to understand how it works and what each section of information means. The ability to see trends over time has been great when trying to figure out why certain data points have changed so dramatically during our peak season or off seasons. Integrated with pendon for Salesforce Chatter integration

We integrated with pendon for our SaaS offering so we could build out an onboarding process within Salesforce's Chatter feature (which was great!). I think it took me 2 weeks of learning how things worked before my team felt comfortable adding functionality or building custom components/apps themselves - this isn't something anyone should expect! Fantastic Tool to Conduct Online Surveying

The ability of creating custom surveys, quizzes or polls for our clients was one thing I liked about this tool. It's easy enough for non programmers (like me) too understand how it works! If there were more languages available then we could have used this much better especially with some countries speaking different languages than English!
