The best thing about pendo was its live chat feature for customer support team as well as their video tutorials were very helpful when I got stuck during my training process with it's application development toolkit called 'PENDO'. Sometimes there might be some issues while working or executing certain tasks but after few minutes of research i found solution myself so no problems at all! There could have been more videos tutorial available online regarding this service/tool kit instead one has only option either go offline & buy physical copy (which isn't feasible) OR pay monthly subscription fees via credit card / debit cards etc., So if anyone looking out something free then definitely try pendos services otherwise not worth paying extra money every month just because we want access those tools!! It provides great assistance whether someone newbie user who wants learn how things works under hood by giving handson experiences or expert developer having knowledge gap where he needs guidance over phone call would benefit here too since Pendo offers.
