Excellent Customer experience platform as well

As a PM myself I used Pendo for the first time to understand customer sentiment and feedback.The UI was excellent & easy to comprehend.Very responsive team and helpful to explain things when needed.Best customer/product research I have seen to this date. Nothing much to dislike at this point because this tool is intuitive and easy to use. Just be ready to get answers to important questions regarding product road map, customer feedback etc. It just saves so much of our time & resources. We started using Pendo to identify problems with our Product and their suggestions were extremely useful. The ease of use and the fact that it can be managed from any device, including mobile. The ability to customize the tool to fit your needs. There is no tool that can do all of this, so it's a big plus. You can't send messages to people who are offline. The tool is great for sending messages and notifications to customers. It's easy to use and it's free.
