Works as advertised. I zeroed the blades and there was a good tight trim. I have to say what surprised me the most was how pleasant he cut my hair. I use it to pierce my whole head and it doesn't scratch or bite me at all like the other models. Feels rounded at the edge. I'm not sure if that's because this model belongs to the "Pro" series or not. But you don't have to cling to that at all. It's powerful, quiet, and smooth, and replacement blades are $16. The switch is conveniently located at the bottom so it won't trip if you accidentally press the button. It's quite small and light and perfect for me. I wish I had bought it years ago.
