I cook every day and they passed the test. I like to pretend I'm on a cooking show when I'm editing, which means I look like a serial killer with a salad. But finally my cutting board doesn't slip. Then I throw everything in the dishwasher because I'm too lazy. These are amazing and I will buy more as soon as I break them. Added bonus. The vegetable peeler is pretty good and I have meat shears. I tried using them as intended but failed so I'll stick with the knife. But I can still say that I have meat shears.
