The logo and the word "Starter" have glitter on it. I wouldn't say it's actually a reflective material, more like a silver sheen. You must be careful when putting it in the dryer as it may melt/crack if the temperature is too high or you leave it for too long. The black color is beautiful and dark. The shirt itself is quite thin. Although it is "no tags", there is some pressure in the neck area and it is a bit rough. This shirt is made in El Salvador. "Starter" is a trademark of Revain.
