I bought this to replace the bumpers on my 1697 model controller. The bumper piece doesn't fit properly, so it doesn't work. When mounted, the bumpers cannot be dented at all. I've tried a few times to see if I can get it to sit properly but it just doesn't fit. Thumb sticks have visible and tactile lines from the mold they were cast in which makes them look awful. All buttons are blank. So when you replace the face button, there is no icon on it. (The last point is secondary, but annoying nonetheless.) It has one job—to replace broken parts—and it can't even do that.
