In general, the product is very good. I have a Creality CR-10 and bought this product because I have a printer in my room as a character/service printer of sorts. I was also pushed into this because I have casts that go on all night and the constant hum of stepper motors, while not loud, can definitely disrupt sleep. The parts come in a simple 4 piece package, similar to metal heatsinks with 3m adhesive pads that stick well and are the right size for my stepper motors. They also have a screw for 4 rubberized motor mounts. The installation took me about 40 minutes. I've made sure the drive belts are centered when you change gear positions, but it shouldn't take too long. After all, the motors for the x and y axes are almost silent. I would definitely buy this if you had a printer in a high traffic area or, like mine, in the bedroom.
