Review on LG 32UN650-W 32-Inch 3840x2160P Borderless Monitor with Adaptive Sync, Anti-Glare Screen, High Dynamic Range (HDR) by Joe Sandoval

Works well; Just don't forget to install the driver!

Were very happy with it. I've tested HDMI so far, but DP digital works too. Windows originally set it up as a generic PnP monitor or something. You need to download the driver from LG website and then update the monitor in Device Manager to use it (use Have Disk). Why this doesn't happen automatically on Windows 10 is beyond me. Anyway, contrary to some reviews here, FreeSync works over HDMI too. Of course, this also works with DP, but I've seen specific claims that FreeSync isn't "available" on HDMI. That. It has to be turned on in various places (e.g. in graphics card settings, in monitor settings, etc.), but it definitely works, just like HDR on HDMI. Again, this will almost certainly work on DP as well. For some reason sometimes the HDR logo appears on the top right, maybe when switching resolutions. The pressure to switch to the "recommended" resolution was annoying, but can be turned off with a small (oddly lit) joystick at the front center bottom that also handles menu navigation and volume. I haven't tried the sound, the picture is great! The bezel is minimal. The price seems reasonable but I really have no idea about it. They arrived on time and in the original packaging. Everything is in its original form. It's certainly not the most advanced, and LG probably has better models at a slightly higher price point at the moment, but they worked fine for my application (there were 2 of them).
