The best thing about this product it's that you can use in your own way as per requirement of customers' business needs or requirements with very less cost also which makes us more competitive than others products available out there for same price range! Nothing much I dislike at all but one point i feel its not easy enoughtly user friendly so if anyone who wants such service then better go through some tutorials online first before going ahead otherwise they will have hard time understanding how things work over here!! We are solving our risk assessment problem by using these tools where we provide different levels access rights according customer role/profile etc.
