I really enjoy using this portable monitor. This was a great addition to my existing business laptop when working from home. My desk is only 15 inches wide and this monitor is the perfect size and weight. It doesn't take up much space at all and doesn't seem bulky. I love how minimalistic it is and the fact that it's portable is a huge plus. I can easily pack it with my laptop and take advantage of the extended display if I ever travel. If you're working from home, you'll see the benefit of having a larger workspace with multiple windows and apps open. This secondary monitor helps me keep my Outlook email or Team Video app open without uninstalling other programs. Juggling windows is a pain and this extra monitor solves that problem. The color and resolution are good for what I use it for. Navigating the settings can be a little tricky, but if you do it a few times you'll learn how to make adjustments. If you're using this for image or video editing, I'm not sure if the colors show up the way you want them to. Since I use this for office/administrative work, I don't really care. Don't get me wrong... red is red and blue is blue. I just want to say that if your job relies heavily on image or video editing, you might want to consider another option. The monitor comes with all the necessary cables. (Please note that this monitor does not support a VGA connection, so if your laptop is older you will need a VGA adapter.) That being said, I can connect more than one of these monitors to my laptop using the included HDMI and Type-. C cable. I currently have an additional portable monitor that I purchased from the same company that I set up, which is great for adding even more desktop workspace. If your laptop has an HDMI and Type-C port, you can do the same without buying an additional hub. Speaking of multiple monitors, there's no VESA configuration on the back of the monitor, but there is an adapter you can get for a dual monitor stand configuration. I plan to get one for a cleaner and more professional workspace. What I didn't know about Type-C connections is that they can draw power from a laptop if the laptop supports it. I have one that reduces cable clutter. The only downside to this is that I have to change the brightness setting every time my laptop wakes up from sleep or shuts down and restarts. To avoid this I can just plug it into an external power supply. Overall this is a great purchase and I highly recommend this product. This allows me to do all my work tasks much more easily and conveniently. And it looks really good on my desk!
