This device should be paired as soon as possible if it is wobbly or secured with a belt. If you don't pair within 30 seconds, your device will block pairing until you remove the wristband and leave it idle for a few minutes, then try again. When you connect all your devices to the Wahoo Fitness app and then to your Zwift through the zwift companion app on your mobile device, it seems to perform better but is still spirited. The instrument has always been very accurate for me. Unless you know what's up with no answer and blocked connection, it would be easy to assume that the battery is dead. The device says users should not replace the battery. As for comfort, what you see is what you get. It's not painful to wear, but during movement you realize what you're wearing. If you're having trouble pairing, I can't stress enough that you need to put the device aside for 3-5 minutes while you prepare the other device for instant pairing. Once you move and snap the band and see that it's active, you need to pair it as soon as possible. If for some reason it cannot provide a BPM, you will need to unpair it and follow this step. However, my device stays connected fairly well after pairing and maintaining range. My BPM tends to stay around 120-185 as I train at high intensity. This device may struggle with lower rates, I don't know for sure. I've had low-precision 80s, but I haven't checked them carefully.
