The thermostat is dead and rattling loudly!

I would not recommend this air conditioner/heater, the main problem I had was the thermostat not working. Always at least 5 degrees room temperature, sometimes up to 10 degrees room temperature. For example, set it to 73 degrees and it will fluctuate between 63 and 67. Second, it rattles like crazy. In fact, the plastic parts of the air nozzle rattle. When I hold them it's quiet, but when I let go they rattle like crazy no matter how I adjust them. Update: DO NOT BUY! The thermostat is now so off it's almost useless, 10 degrees fluctuating and LG has me running
