Our front door tends to slam in the wind when we're trying to bring in food. Works great and looks stylish. Like others, I had some trouble trying to disassemble a small portion of the device's magnetic button for installation. I used a rubber pad to protect the black metal coating, a couple of vises to hold it in place and a screwdriver inserted in the spine to unscrew it. I was about to give it up and return it thinking it must be broken but it suddenly worked and fell apart allowing me to get to the mounting screw inside. I remember feeling a little self conscious when I finally realized that. (That was four months ago). Holds up great.
