Review on Convenient Woodgrain Laptop πŸ“¦ Cart with Storage and Adjustable Height by Tanya Jenkins

Ideal for classroom use

I'm back in class with a full class. The previous seating plan I had for my students doesn't work and for safety reasons due to COVID they all have to look the same; This means that the traditional rows all point in the same direction and I can't switch between the groups. Considering all my materials are online and I need to use my laptop during my classes, this mobile cart is great! It has room for my laptop and other gadgets, and the shelves keep textbooks, workbooks, and other essentials close at hand. I use my laptop on the top shelf and have tablets for attendance and announcements just below. The closed top shelf holds a pencil case with small supplies (scissors, jumpers, pens, correction tape, eraser, pencils, stickers) and the bottom shelf is high enough to hold a copy of the class workbook so I can show the students which side we are are included (our workbook is a Springboard 10 Level II ELA; it is the size and width of a phone book). I don't understand the complaints that it looks "cheap" or "flimsy"; It's very durable and rolls great. If you take the time to read the assembly instructions (my husband helped me assemble it, it took about an hour at home) then everything will go smoothly. All parts were there. Color doesn't bother me, I don't pay much attention to aesthetics, I'm more functional. All the parts I needed were there and included was a small screwdriver. All the holes lined up with the parts so I had no problems. Parcel arrived safe and sound, all parts individually wrapped and labelled, along with two pieces of styrofoam covering the bottom and top of the parcel. I am very happy with the purchase (and other teachers are now considering the possibility of ordering the same).

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
