Review on 📶 ARRIS TG862G-CT Wireless Gateway: Advanced 802.11b/g/n GigaPort x 4 Port Router with 2-Voice Lines for XFINITY/COMCAST by Ricky Bedell

I have nothing good to say about the purchase. Ordered as a new device. When I got it I wanted to install it for the client and the wifi/router worked fine but the phone functions didn't work. After speaking to Comcast, they ran some tests and said there was nothing they could do about it until they spoke to the registered owner. It looks like the modem was previously owned and still registered with that owner. As soon as they contacted us, they reported that they also had problems with the telephone side of the router. Apparently the unit was returned and needed repairs. Wouldn't like to know but put it right but the fact that it was never signed off by the previous owner and the fact that it was treated very poorly when refurbished. That should not have happened. This was sold by one of the vendors working through Revain so I don't think Revain is the problem. The problem lies in the store that was for sale. I won't buy from these people anymore.
