Not the best quality, there is one major downside.
One of the fasteners is touching itself and you can hear and feel the vibration when accelerating in reverse. It's terrible. Perhaps the bracket is defective or the socket is not thick or strong enough. The problem is the one on the driver's side above the transmission.
