The best thing about this platform for me was its user friendliness which made things very easy while using them at any time of day or night. Also when I booked hotels in bulk there were no issues as well with availability confirmation received by email within minutes after submitting my request for bookings via website. There are not many downsides but i would say they need more categories such as restaurants/cafes etc like other platforms do so one could see those also along side their main services offered. Their service levels have been great since we started working together over 2 years ago now. They always provide us support whenever needed even if late into nights sometimes too! Always try out new products from different companies before you buy something else because some may work better than others depending upon what features u require. We use Asian Tech Hotel Booking Engine mainly for our accommodation needs on.
