I love the bag and this is the right size I like to carry. However, as others have said, the photo on Revain is not representative of what you will receive. Black/grey metal zip and hardware. The front zipper looks shiny, but that's because it's metal and not nylon like other zippers. I took a chance getting the gold hardware as pictured but that's not what I got. I'm giving 3 stars because Travelon or Revain misrepresent the actual product. Other than that, I love the Travelon brand and will continue to buy from them. This is my favorite brand of wallets/bags/bags. EDIT: After a few days I've decided to return this bag. The strap looks odd attached to the bag and is too narrow for the size of the bag. I'm disappointed.
